On December 20, 2014 Mystical Cloak Of The Hermit Nicolaus Santee dropped. It originally has Invisibility Charges: 10 on it. I took the cloak to test center and used all the charges. The cloak does not disappear, but does lose the words Invisibility. I do not believe at this time it will recharge at all.
