An Hourglass Of Time

An Hourglass Of Time is a silver colored hourglass that dropped on Arirang towards the end of August 2013. It is animated like the other hourglasses.
It does seem to work a little better than the older hour glass versions, in that it seems to turn easier and not wait until someone walks right up to it.
