Halloween Ghoul Statuette were obtainable during the halloween event of 2006. Special "undead" monsters spawned in the graveyards across Britannia. There was a 1 in 100 chance to find either an orange or black Halloween Ghoul Statuette, or special lanterns named "Twilight Lantern".
