There are two versions of the Hygieia's Amulet, which is a necklace piece that gives bonus to Alchemy. The Replica Version gives 10% and the "Real" or Non Replica version gives 15% bonus to Alchemy.
The Non Replica Hygieia's Amulet was the reward obtained by players who turned in Cures for the Great Gargish Blight during the quest known as The Awakening. It was during Act IV.
The Replica Version of the Hygieia's Amulet dropped occasionally from Exodus.
